Le Tote

I don’t know about you, but as a busy mom and “boss lady” I NEVER have time to shop for myself. Not only that, I get stuck in the rut of wearing the same stuff. Yep, I’m that girl that if I like something I will buy it in 3 colors and wear it for 5 years!

I have tried Stitch Fix and was a little bummed about the high prices. That’s a service that you pay a styling fee, have the items sent to you and buy what you want after you try it on. You can’t wear it unless you buy it.

Recently, I had lunch with a mortgage professional and she told me about the service that she had been using called Le Tote! I had to try it out so I asked her to send me her referral link. She mentioned how she was wearing some Kate Spade earrings that she had tried and decided to buy them and since they were “used” she got a GREAT deal! So I was in! Those were adorable earrings!

She also told me that the monthly fee doesn’t have a “limit” on totes. So you can actually return a tote on a Thursday, as soon as the post office registers the package Le Tote knows that you have returned your items and allows you to PICK OUT your next items. They set up a style for you but then you can actually swap out the items for what you want. So I have been saving things in “my closet” for swapping! Anyway, return your tote mid day Thursday, get your next tote shipped same day or next day so that your next set of clothes are at your door step Saturday or Monday for the new week! Postage is included too!

My first tote

My 1st Tote arrived in less than 4 days! It was like Christmas when I came home to find the tote on my doorstep!

Over all, I love the experience and decided to let the subscription start when my first shipment went back to Le Tote. You can try this service for free using this link!

I did elect to by the blue blazer. It was $72! That’s pricey for me and I would NEVER have picked it up at the store but trying it on and wearing it twice had me sold. I needed this jacket to add to my professional wardrobe. The second piece, a grey blazer… I didn’t like. In fact, I tried it on and took it right off! The pink Kate Spade Earrings.. I adore them, but they were too heavy for my lobes! The bracelet was super cute but I opted out of wearing it as well. Last but not least, that pink sweater, I loved it! I could have bought it for $24 dollars but we are going into summer here in Virginia and I wouldn’t get much use out of it. I did wear it twice though!

So, I bought the blue blazer. What I really love about this jacket too is that its a hand wash only and that’s a good thing! limited wear and tear on it and it dries easily and I don’t even need to iron it!

I’m really looking forward to my next tote!! I am trying some dresses I would never buy in the store or even bother to try on! This should be fun! I don’t know how long I will do this subscription but I am definitely going to leverage as many totes and styles as I can for the next 30 days!

My next tote!
