The weather has officially heated up here in Virginia and while it may not “officially” be summer… it is!
I’m super excited about this summer! My toddler is understanding the word “no” and I hope to have her potty trained in the next few months! My oldest is going to be going into 5th grade and we are going to have a lot of quality time this summer. I’ve also volunteered for a role on the PTA that I’m excited about! #fundraising
Between the kiddos, my company and life it’s been pretty hectic around here. I lost my 13-year-old kitty a week ago. I still can’t believe she’s gone. 💔

Wow! I enjoyed the choices this time. I did buy the dress. 19 bucks was a steal!! I didn’t even wear the jewelry. I dropped everything but the dress in a prepaid bag at the post office Friday after 5. I customized my next tote and it’s already shipped!

Well, I finally got my dress for the Best of COVA event which I’m stoked about. This dress is for sale at Macy’s and I got it at ThredUp for a fraction of the cost! I am so pleased with my DEAL! Glad my friend Katie told me about this service!!

ThredUP! They do a GoodyBox too. You pay a 10 Dollar deposit and they mail you a box of 15 items to sort through, try on and determine what you want to keep. I only kept a clutch. None of the clothes were my style or fit properly. (Faux leather pants.. corduroy pants.. not my style and not feasible in Virginia in the summer…
My clutch only ended up costing me about 2 dollars. Since I had the 10 dollar deposit and the 13 dollar credit from the dress. It’s a beautiful black leather Bebe clutch with gold accents. I’ll probably have it forever!

I’ve totally stepped up my makeup game. I hosted a party and earned half off credits a few months ago. So I ordered 3 moonstruck pallets for 65 dollars! They’re usually 49 each bit if you buy 3 they’re 130! I had a half off an item to use so I got quite the deal and even got one for a friend! They’re sooooo beautiful. I’ve wanted this pallet 3 for 2 years but couldn’t justify the price! Then it was on back order the past 2 months!

I’m still a little on the fence about this service. They were offering a free tote and buy what you want to keep. I received a tank, shirt (all too short for my torso) and some cute work out pants which I needed and bought as well as a pair of studs. The clothes were kinda pricey in my opinion for what they were but I fell in love with the pants. I doubt I’ll order another bag without a good incentive.
